New Teacher Coaching
Our high-impact coaching model focuses on creating rapid growth in new teachers’ classrooms by partnering with them to meet them where they are and support them in building their skillset. Each teacher receives an introductory call, weekly observations and debriefs, and a toolkit of strategies for improving his or her practice beyond the coaching work.
Though we start at the level of the teacher, we generally focus on one of the following core skills in the first round of coaching: setting clear expectations, creating a strong start to class, and increasing students’ time on task. Please reach out to get an individual quote for your school.
